The Green Entrepreneurship Masterclass is designed to equip businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools, strategies, and knowledge they need to successfully integrate green energy and sustainability into their operations.

About the Guests
Sarah Fearon is a social value consultant who helps businesses of all sizes build social and environmental action into how they operate.
She has almost 10 years’ experience across social value and sustainability and has worked on over 10 multi-million pound developments, alongside a wide range of projects focused on community benefit, environmental action, employability and local economic impact.
She is the owner of StoneLough Consultancy, an award-winning social value business, and holds a Diploma in Business Sustainability, is Carbon, Water and Plastic Literate, is an Associate member of the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals and holds a degree in Communication, Advertising and Marketing.
Alongside consultancy, she delivers hands-on workshops and masterclasses that make green business and social value easier to understand and put into practice.
Aisling Murphy is Head of the SHEQ Department at Irwin M&E, one of Northern Ireland’s foremost mechanical and electrical engineering firms. She is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the company’s ISOs in quality, occupational health and safety and environment.
Aisling helps the company champion environmental management initiatives that minimise ecological impact, enhance sustainability practices, and support Irwin M&E’s commitment to responsible business and regulatory excellence.
Supported by a highly skilled SHEQ team, with a proactive approach that fosters a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, environmental stewardship, and quality performance throughout the organisation.
Alongside her team she provides leadership to over 300 direct employees and manages the performance of more than 500 specialist subcontractors. Together they deliver a full spectrum of services across the UK and Ireland, including mechanical and electrical installations, total facilities maintenance, design‑and‑build solutions, and the integration of energy and renewable technologies for both public and private sector clients.
This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals in the early stages of their business, located in the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council area and neighbouring Council areas.
